If i give you a layout can you give me an estimate?
We don’t offer formal layout estimates. However, everything we sell is genuine Home Depot inventory — available at 40–60% off MSRP. You can purchase matching or additional items directly from Home Depot if needed.
Are prices negotiable?
Our prices are already 50% below big box retail, so they are firm.
The only exception is when an item has visible damage, which will always be clearly noted in the listing with photos for reference.
Do you sell appliances, flooring, or lighting?
No. Our focus is on kitchen and bath inventory — including vanities, cabinets, sinks, faucets, and related products.
Can I order more of an item you have in stock?
Unfortunately, no. We intercept HomeDepot.com returns and clearance items, so our inventory is always unique. Once an item sells out, we don’t know when (or if) we’ll get the same product again. All listings will show inventory level if less than 11 units on hand.
How often do you get new inventory?
We receive truckloads of inventory every two weeks. Each shipment is different — sometimes all kitchen items, sometimes bath, or a mix of both.
Is your online inventory accurate?
Yes. Our inventory is updated daily to ensure what you see online is what’s currently available. Inventory will be displayed on listing if we have less than 11 units on hand.
