We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Wholesale Depot. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are not accepted and products sold "as is" exchanges are allowed but must follow the below policies:
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
- In original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale blowout items.
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
- Products without original packaging.
Return Process
- To start a return, email us at support@thewholesaledepot.shop or call 810-348-2171 with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly.
Restocking Fee
For certain large or specialty items, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Customers will be notified in advance if this fee applies to their order.
