Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using UPS GROUND.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays & Responsibility
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or supply chain issues).
- The Wholesale Depot is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Some items are not shippable due to risk of damage (ie Mirrors), these items will be flagged at checkout if you are trying to ship. These items will be for pickup only.
- For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but are not responsible for carrier errors.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
